Our cooks essentially use typical products of our territory coming from small local productions and our vegetable garden. Their recipes are inspired by the traditions of our beautiful land.
They re-invent the traditional recipes following the rules of a healthy nutrition, using essentially seasonal products.
Our traditional tasting menu makes our guests know and to appreciate the typical products of our country.
TASTINGS
The production of typical products are symbolic of Umbria added with great artistic, cultural, and natural treasures.
The precious Oil and Wine routes make up the long network where it is possible to discover dozens of excellent local products.
You will be served a selection of local cheeses and meats, with a growing series of aromas, from the lightest to the strongest. The cheese selection will be accompanied with fruit chutneys and home made mustards and bread baked in the wood oven.
Wines matched are DOCG wines. Every tasting is combined with an explanation of the methods of tasting and the similarities and differences observed, smelt and tasted.
