The rooms, located on the first floor of the landlord’s house, are serviced double rooms. Bright and welcoming, they are each 20/25 square metres, with a view of the olive grove and the surrounding hills.
The Family suite x 4 is an accomodation (30/35 sqm) with 2 separated rooms (1 doubleroom and 1 room smaller with 2 singlebeds) and 1 bathroom.
On the ground level, you will find a welcoming reading room (with books in Italian and English), where you can relax in a familiar environment.
The decor of the room is typical ancient umbrian style with oak beams, terracotta tiles. Additionally every room has a bathroom, tv sat, heating, hair dryer.
